Summer Conferences You Don’t Want To Miss

Can you believe that we are already in the middle of July? Summer is flying by.

Over summer, virtual conferences are the perfect way to get ideas for next year and connect with other teachers all around the world from the comfort of your own home (or beach, or coffee shop, wherever.)

I really enjoyed presenting last year, and I am excited to be presenting at 3 virtual conferences this month.

The Whole Teacher EclecticCon: Happening July 19 – 23, 2021

At the WTE conference, we focus on the idea that whole-child teaching should start with whole-teacher PD.

When you sign up for WTE you gain access to 50 different video sessions that you can watch anytime for the next YEAR.

On top of this access, you’ll be invited to join live sessions and panel discussions that happen all week long.

And don’t worry – you can get PD credits too!

What’s not to love?

My sessions:

  • Increase Student Learning Through Games: Board & Card Games
  • Increase Student Learning Through Games: Digital Games

The Teach With Tech Conference: Happening July 12, 2021

Our TWTCON focuses on classroom teaching strategies that focus on technology. In this day and age, we all need to tighten up our skills on technology in the classroom!

There are over 75 different sessions you have access to from July 12th until October 30th.

Ticket holders are given a certificate of completion that they can give to their district and request PD hours.

My session:

  • Digital Book Reports: Using Writing to Improve Reading Skills

The ELA Success Summit: Happening July 19 – 21, 2021

If you teach ELA to secondary students, this conference is for YOU. Join us virtually for 3 days of learning focused on ELA engagement strategies, lessons, and ideas for your classroom.

Each day begins with an amazing keynote speaker, too!

You will have access to all of the video content for three months after the summit ends, so don’t stress about trying to cram everything in those three days.

My session:

  • Tips To Help Students With Undiagnosed Vision Processing Disorders

You Don’t Want To Miss Out…

I always enjoy the ideas and perspectives I gain from attending conferences like these, so I am very excited to be able to present at all three this summer.
